城中村集体资产处置过程中的差序身份——以北京市朝阳区XJ村为例

城中村是城市化过程中的产物,经过多年的集体经济,城中村积累了大量的集体资产。由农民转化为居民时,处置集体资产是必不可少的步骤。文章提出通过村民民主协商,确定集体经济组织成员资格划分的标准,以及在此标准上确定集体资产处置的原则,对城中村集体资产处置以及城市化进程将起到重要作用,是缓解城中村改制过程中纠纷和矛盾的重要因素。

On Different Identities Appearing in the Disposal Process of the Collective Assets of the Villages within the City —— A case study of XJ Village in Chaoyang District, Beijing

The villages within the city are products of urbanization.In the years of collective economy,the villages have accumulated a lot of collective assets.While the villagers changing their status to city residents,it becomes inevitable to dispose the collective assets.In this article it is pointed out that the criteria of classifying the members of economic collectives should be confirmed on the democratic consultation of the villagers.Then,based on the criteria,the principle of disposing collective assets should be worked out.The criteria and principle will play an important role in the disposal of the collective assets and in the process of urbanization as they are important factors mitigating the disputes and contradictions in the process of restructuring the villages within the city.
