摘    要:本文站在一个刚毕业走上教师岗位的八零后高校教师角度,围绕教育理念、教育方式和教育目标三个方面展开讨论,结合当下大学生的特点,探讨如何在集体教育中尽量因地制宜地实现个性化教育,以因人而异的教育理念,完成沟通-发掘-区别-鼓励的教育过程,以寓教于乐和与时俱进的课堂教学方式,以及面对学生的错误坚持和善坚定与正面管教同时进行的新教育方法,以互动为教学的生命,完成最终的教学目标:将学生培养成为自信、快乐、坚持、写作的"心智健全的人",以及具备充分的技能更具备综合素质的"对社会有用的人"。本文旨在解决学生从高中到大学还未平稳度过的心理脆弱的青春期问题,以及无法与集体共融的心理问题,最终实现"教育梦"。

Abstract:This essay is based on the perspective of a university teacher who just has worked for half a year.Considering the features of nowadays' undergraduates and discussing about the ideas,method and targets,I will focus on how to offer everyone the personalized education. I am trying to make that goal——cultivate talents——with ‘communicate-explore-distinguish-encourage'. I hope this essay could help undergraduates overcome the psychological problems that trouble them in their high school time and realize the education dream..
