摘    要:针对当前高校普遍存在的重科研轻教学现象及科研工作者较难将科研成果转化为教学实效的问题。探讨如何使科研人员较为顺利的成长为合格高校教师,做到科研与教学互相促进,相得益彰是各个高校提高综合实力和优质教学亟待深入研究和提出对策措施的关键。基于调查资料,本文深入分析了科研工作者在由科研人员转化为高校教师过程中遇到的问题及其产生的根源,提出以制度建设、师德培育、授课技能为核心的对策措施,为使科研人员较快、较好的成长为合格的高校教师提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at the universal phenomena of scientific research over teaching in universities and the universal problems of scientific researchers are difficult to transfer achievements in scientific research to teaching effect. The key point of each university to improve comprehensive strength and high quality teaching is how to make scientific researcher become a qualified teacher smoothly. To do scientific research and teaching,promote each other,complement each other. This paper,based on the survey,deeply analyzed the problems and its causes that scientific researchers encounters while they change their positions into the college teachers. Also,the paper propose the countermeasures aiming at institution construction,ethics training and teaching skills improving to provide researchers a beneficial reference for a faster and better growth to be the qualified college teachers.
