广西横县无公害茉莉花生产卫生质量综合分析

摘    要:以广西横县无公害茉莉花为研究目标,结合单项污染指数和综合污染指数对该地区茉莉花茶园环境大气、灌溉水、土壤、茉莉花茶鲜花、加工前茶叶、加工后干花和成品花茶的卫生质量情况进行了监测分析.结果显示环境中的大气、灌溉水、土壤的综合污染指数均小于1.在17项农残检测中,仅在茉莉花鲜花中检出5项,茉莉花茶的农药残留和重金属含量均低于国家限量标准,表明横县窨茶用茉莉花的产地环境和产品卫生质量已达到国家无公害食品标准.

Abstract:The authors tested the sanitary quality of atmospheric, irrigation water, soil in the jasmine scented tea plantation and jasmine flowers, raw tea, dried processed flowers and finished scented tea in Heng county of Guangxi province. The results showed that the comprehensive pollution index of atmos-phere, irrigation water and soil are less than 1 respectively in 2007. The garden can be used as pollution-free production area of jasmine tea, only five pesticide residues were detected in fresh jasmine flowers. The concentration of pesticide residues and heavy metals were lower than the national limit standard in jasmine tea. Results indicated that the sanitary quality of jasmine producing area environment and the finished scented tea has reached National Non-polluted Food Standards.
