激光非晶化处理的研究

摘    要:本文采用5~10kW高功率和高扫描速度的CO_2激光束在铸态共晶试样上第一次获得了激光非晶态.用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析了激光非晶态熔区的组织特征及转变的过程.用显微硬度计检测了激光非晶化熔区的硬度分布,并研究了成分、冷却条件及不同激光工艺参数对熔区硬度分布的影响.用X射线衍射分析了激光熔区的表层白亮组织,确认了非晶态的存在.

Abstract:A new process for producing rapidly chilled metallurgical microstructure under reproducible cooling-rate conditions has been developed. A laser amorphous state on an eutectic alloy sample processed by 5-10 kw CM CO2 laser beam has been obtained. The relationships between the essential laser process variables, the laser power, spot size, scanning speed and so on and the amorphous characteristics are investigated. The laser amorphous micro-structure on the material surface has been observed by metalloscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Electron diffraction and microprobe studies have proved the formation of an amorphous state structure on a laser glazed surface.
