生姜挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析研究

摘    要:用高分辨毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分离并鉴定了生姜挥发油的化学成分,用归一化法确定相对百分含量.结果分离出116种组分,鉴定出66种,占挥发油总量的85.26%.

Abstract:To investigate the chemical constituents from the ginger of Shandong, the essential oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by normalization. 116 peaks were gotten ,and 66 components were identified representing 85. 262% of the total oil.
