| 摘 要： | 当前教育由应试教育向素质教育转轨。受应试教育的影响，体育教学出现大面积的被动体育人口；体育教学的选项教学能为最大限度地激发学生的体育兴趣，促进学生体育个性的发展，为素质教育奠定基础，对学生终身体育意识的培养起着“发动机”的作用。
