| 摘 要： | 为了获得更高的切换准确性,提高系统性能提出了一种TD-SCDMA系统内部的信号强度和质量相结合的越区切换算法,该算法综合信号电平和信号质量时行切换判决.通过仿真得出该算法中涉及到的各个参数与系统性能指标之间的关系,从而给出优化的切换方案,为TD-SCDMA标准的完善和系统的开发提供依据和参考.

| Abstract: | To improve handover accuracy and system performance,this paper presents a method of handover algorithm which is combination of signal strength and quality in TD-SCDMA intra-system.It synthesizes the signal level and quality for handover decision.Through emulation,it obtained the relationship between each parameter and system performance indicators,then found the advanced handover program which is of reference for developing the system and improving TD-SCDMA standard. |
