| Abstract: | The coming of the era of knowledge economy urgently needs the modern library to implement the humanistic management mechanism to motivate and develop the potential of librarians,the modern library should combine the librarian-oriented concept with the reader-oriented concept for the collaborative development,and realize the humanistic management,and further improve the knowledge service. |
