| 摘 要： | 加强科技查新项目档案的网络化管理与开发利用,是发挥科技查新档案作用一个重要手段。分析了科技查新项目档案的特点,探讨了构建科技查新项目档案网络管理平台的方法,提出了利用网络管理平台为科技立项、管理决策、文献资源建设、法律维权服务的措施。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the network-based management and development/utilization of the archives of sci-tech novelty retrieval projects is an important method for giving full play to the functions of sci-tech novelty retrieval archives.This paper analyzes the features of the archives of sci-tech novelty retrieval projects,probes into some methods for constructing the platform for the network-based management of the archives of sci-tech novelty retrieval projects,and puts forward some measures for serving the approval of sci-tech project,the managerial decision,the construction of literature resources,and legal rights protection. |
