| 摘 要： | 为探讨血糖值与疾病危重程度的关系,首先测定了83例危重新生儿及30例正常新生儿的血糖水平,然后运用区间数比较大小的方法进行分析比较.结果危重新儿的高血糖的发生率为72.3％,血糖值明显高于正常值,血糖升高程度与疾病的危重程度相关.揭示危重新生儿易发生高血糖,严密监测血糖水平有助于预测病情.

| Abstract: | To evaluate the relationship between the level of blood glucose and seriousness of disease, the levels of blood glucose from eighty-three critical newborns and thirty normal ones were detected and analysed by comparing of big and small for interval number. The results indicated that 73. 2% critical newborns had the hyperglycemia,which was much higher than that of the normal ones. A ncorrelation was found between the level of high blood glucose and seriousness of disease. We suggest that hyperglycemia frequently occures in crticar newborns. Close monitoring the level of blood glucose is helpful to judge the prognosis. |
