| 摘 要： | 由于恶劣的自然地理条件和薄弱的社会经济基础，少数民族地区频繁的自然灾害对社会经济和生态环境系统造成非常不利影响．本文简要介绍了少数民族地区的自然灾害特点，提出了自然灾害对社会经济和生态环境巨系统影响的评估指标体系，并给出了自然灾害胁迫下的少数民族地区可持续发展评估模型，为少数民族地区防灾减灾提供了依据．

| Abstract: | Due to the poor geographical conditions ahd weak socio-economic basis, the frequent natural disasters in minority region have serious disadvantageous effects on the socio-economic and ecological systems. The characteristics of natural disasters in ethnic minority areas were introduced, an evaluation index system of environment-social-economic systems has been suggested and an evaluation model of sustainable development has been establish regarding the natural disasters, ed on the conditions of natural disasters effects. The results could give excellent basis for the preventing and reducing of disaster effect. |
