| Abstract: | This paper reviews the system of science and technology in China from its set up,history,reforms and future development in the angle of relationship between "System" and "function".It analyzes and points out that China’s "Indigenous Innovation" strategy should include the innovation of the system of science and technology itself,and build up a suitable and characteristic system for its own sake which will aslo be good for its function at last. |
