| 摘 要： | 在多年实践的基础上,对内蒙古通辽市2001届35名体操专项考试的学生进行了头手翻教学单元练习的实验与研究,并与内蒙古民族大学体育系2000级蒙语授课班的35名学生的有关资料进行了对照比较.经t检验差异有高度显著性,P＜0.001.

| Abstract: | This article based on practice for years carries out the experiment and research of practice method on somersault teaching unit for 35 students who join gymnastics examination and are in Grade 2001 in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia,and compares it with related files of 35 Mongolia students who are in Grade 2000 of Physical Education Department in Inner Mongolia University for Nalionalities. The results of test have high significance of difference. P<0.001. |
