| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法，测定与分析了不同产地、不同品种、不同器官的槟榔酯酶同工酶酶谱、酶含量、泳动率（ Ｒｆ） 、酶活性及分布状况．结果表明，各酶区新酶带的带位迁移和酶带活性的变化程度与生境、种类、部位不同密切相关 |

| Abstract: | By using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the author determined and analysed the zymogram, content, rate of flow ( R f), enzyme activity, and distribution of Areca catechu esterase isoenzyme which was from different varieties, producing areas,organs. The results showed that the varying level of the band place migration of new enzyme band and the activity of enzyme band closely related to the different habitat,species,plant position. |
