| 摘 要： | 近年来,山东普通高校围绕着建设高素质人才队伍的战略目标,都在积极探索一套适合高校人才战略特点的内部分配激励机制。本文是在对山东高校内部岗位津贴分配制度进行大量调研的基础上,就现有内部分配制度中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出解决对策,以期对高校实行绩效工资制度的改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | Last several years,around the strategic goal of establishing high-quality personnel,Shandong many colleges all explored the system of internal distribution fitting for characteristics of college talent strategy.Based on much research of Shandong College,the paper analyses the problems in distribution system,proposes the countermeasure,in order to provide the reform in internal distribution system of Shangdong college with direction. |
