以体育节取代普通高校传统田径运动会的改革构想

传统的普通高校田径运动会因其自身存在的弊端,已逐渐脱离了高校现行的体育教育方向和目标,在推动学校广泛开展群众性体育活动、丰富和活跃课余文化生活等方面的作用也越来越小,改革势在必行.文章借鉴国内外学校体育的成功经验,提出构建普通高校"综合体育文化节"的目的、意义、内容、模式及组织实施方法,使体育节成为对高校学生进行素质教育、健康教育、终身体育教育的多维载体,以更新、更全、更有效的方式促进普通高校校园体育文化的发展.

Reformation framework of substituting sports festival for traditional school sports meeting

Because of its malpractice, the traditional sports meet in college and university has gradually got out of the due direction and goal of present physical education. Meanwhile, its function in promoting the development of general sports activity, enriching and enlivening extracurricular activities has become slender and slender. Reformation is imperative and inevitable. The purpose, meaning, content, model and practical methods for setting up "Comprehensive Sports Festival of college and university" are described in view of the successful experience of school physical education in and out of China, so as to make the school sports festival change into a multidimensional ideal carrier of quality education, the healthy education and the life-long education, and to promote the development of P.E. culture on our campus.
