| 摘 要： | 本文用选择性染色法,在显微镜下面观察大量不同混比纱段表面纤维的分布,发现不同种类纤维在纱线表面是周期性地并有间隔地呈螺旋状排列,单纤维集聚形成不同的段长,这些段长在纱线表面有一定的变化规律。通过微机计算分析,它符合典型的随机分布—泊松(Poisson)分布。从而可用此分布检验纱条质量,以指导生产。

| Abstract: | The distribution of different fibers on the surface of a large number of blended yarns with different blending ratios after the blended yarns were dyed by selective dyeing method, was examined under a microscope. It was observed that different fibers on the surface of the yarn appeared periodically and in spiral arrangement along the axis of the yarn. The fibers of the same kind gathered together and formed segments of different lengths distributed on the surface of the yarn. Through the statistical analysis of the obtained data with the help of a computer, it is found that the distribution of these segments comformed with typical random distjobution-the Poisson Model.Therefore, the examination of such fiber segment distribution can be used in the yarn production to control the yarn, quality. |
