| Abstract: | The paper bases on the constitutive equation of upper-convected Maxwell fluid in tensor. The six partial equations of constitutive equation of upper-convected Maxwell fluid are deduced in cylinder coordinate. The conclusion is applied to unsteady flow in ruble. |
