| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展、人们生活质量的明显提高,大学生的健康状况和智力水平也得到相应提高,涌现出很多全面发展、出类拔萃的优秀人才。但事实表明,在高校还有少数学生在学习中遇到困难,成为大学群体中的"学困生"。警校的学困生在警务化管理制度下,与普通大学相比有其自身特点,其成因有外部和内部原因。学校应制定行之有效的帮扶政策,家长应与学校建立密切合作关系,教师则应注意提高职业素养,以做好学困生的转化与进步工作。

| Abstract: | There are a few students with learning difficulties in colleges. Under the police service management system, students with learning difficulties in police academies have their own characteristics compared with other colleges. Based on the student management practice in police academies, the paper analyzes the causes for this problem and attempts to find out strategies which can promote the transformation of those students. It is expected that these strategies can offer enlightenments to improve the learning condition of those students in police academies. |
