| 摘 要： | 我国酒店业处在迅猛发展期,行业对专业人才的需求剧增。培养酒店人才的高职院校,在培养目标定位、课程体系设计、专业技能教育、综合素质培养等方面尚显不足。在这种形势下,有必要从培养目标、职业养成教育、课程体系构建及产学合作等方面对高职酒店管理人才的培养进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The demands for professional hotel management talents have soared with the rapid development of hotel industry in China.High vocational colleges have undertaken the tasks of training talents in this industry,yet there’re some shortcomings in the training objectives,curriculum design,skills training and comprehensive abilities training in the major of hotel management.Thus,it is necessary to carry out studies on training objectives,professional development,curriculum design and collaboration between industry and colleges. |
