摘    要:腐蚀是钢闸门在役安全运行的主要影响因素,准确评估钢闸门的腐蚀性状对确保其安全可靠运行具有重要意义.通过引入灾度模糊评估等级识别技术,使用降半梯形分布函数进行腐蚀性状识别,有效综合了各种复杂的确定或不确定影响因素,并按照最大隶属度原则对钢闸门腐蚀性状进行了等级量化评估.工程应用结果表明,等级量化识别方法可以较好地解决腐蚀评估过程的模糊性和不确定问题,确保钢闸门的安全可靠运行.

Abstract:Corrosion is the main factor in the safe operation of steel gates. Accurate evaluation of the corrosion behavior of steel gates is of great significance to their safe and reliable operation. The hierarchical identification technology for fuzzy assessment of disaster degree is introduced. An identification model for corrosion characteristics was established based on the degraded semi-trapezoid distribution function. Various identified or uncertain factors were effectively integrated. The corrosion grade of the steel gates was quantitatively assessed according to the principles of the maximum membership degree. The results of engineering cases show that the hierarchical quantitative identification of the corrosion grade of steel gates can satisfactorily solve fuzzy and uncertain problems during the assessment process so as to ensure their safe and reliable operation.
