| 摘 要： | 在解放战争中 ,中国共产党在抗日战争时期民族工作大发展的基础上 ,根据革命形势、任务的变化和民族地区出现的新情况与新问题 ,以实行民族区域自治制度为突破点 ,适时、灵活地更新或制定了一些切合当时政情、民情、国情实际的民族政策 ,初步形成了以民族平等团结、共同解放为核心的民族政策理论体系

| Abstract: | During the Liberation War, the Communist Party of China made certain practical policies towards nationalities in accordance with the new revolutionary situation with emphasis on regional autonomy of minority nationalities, forming the preliminary theoretical system of policies towards nationalities with national equality and national liberation as the core.The practice of these policies fully mobilized the masses and assured the success of new democratic revolution. |
