裂纹慢稳定扩展问题的J_R曲线方法研究

摘    要:本文用修正J积分和带侧槽三点弯曲试样测定了几种国产中低强钢的J_R曲线;研究了J_R曲线受试样厚度的影响。还介绍了弹塑性裂纹扩展推力曲线及其确定方法。最后由J_R曲线的概念确定了材料抗裂纹扩展的最大阻力。

Abstract:With side-grooved TPB specimens, the JR curves were measured using modified J-integral for several kinds of commercial mild steel. The influence of specimen's thickness on JR curves, the curve of driving force for crack growth and the method of its determination are also discussed. Based on the conception of JR curve,the maximum resistance to material's crack growth is then defined.
