| 摘 要： | 客户关系管理(CRM)系统是当前研究的热点。本文简要介绍了客户关系管理的思想和数据仓库在客户关系管理系统中的应用并给出了基于数据仓库的客户关系管理系统的逻辑结构和数据仓库与CRM系统协同工作的几种有效方法。
