基于分子生物技术的DNA计算系统

摘    要:为解决DNA计算模型随机初始化过程存在的问题,提出数据初始化模型,保证了初始数据的完整性,减少了计算过程中参与筛选的DNA链的数量,提高了计算精度。针对生物实验反应时间较长,活性DNA材料成本高的现状,开发了仿生DNA计算系统,通过仿真实验解决了哈密顿问题。
