| 摘 要： | 为解决DNA计算模型随机初始化过程存在的问题，提出数据初始化模型，保证了初始数据的完整性，减少了计算过程中参与筛选的DNA链的数量，提高了计算精度。针对生物实验反应时间较长，活性DNA材料成本高的现状，开发了仿生DNA计算系统，通过仿真实验解决了哈密顿问题。
