| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍是教师队伍的重要组成部分.新时期高校辅导员发展的现状表明,高校辅导员的角色重新定位已是当务之急.而职责明确化、理论系统化、协助平台功能化、工作机制完善化的创新则是实现其角色定位的必要手段.
