论师范生教师专业技能一体化的层级训练框架的建构

摘    要:基础教育课程改革的深化、高等院校师范生"整合连贯型"教师教育培养模式的逐步构建,对师范生的教师专业技能提出了更高的要求.在建构师范生教师专业技能一体化的层级训练框架中,其框架呈现状态为:课堂观察→教学设计的文案形式→教学设计的讲台运作形式→教学测评手段.探寻师范生教师技能训练的可行性有效性的操作方法,培养既能承担小学教育,又能承担中学教育的高素质新型基础教育师资.
