| 摘 要： | 由于我国对收费公路以及收费站的建立缺乏有效的监管,导致公路收费出现了许多不合理的现象和问题,这同收费公路管理的弊端密不可分,实现收费公路从多头管理到有效治理的转变是解决收费公路诸多弊端的关键所在,主要是体制机制的健全,可以概括为统一三个机制,健全五个机制.
