摘    要:采用适当的措施,有效解决钻地武器"钻不进"或"钻不深"的问题,以提高防护工程的抗打击能力已成为研究热点.依据弹体侵彻机理,立足实际应用,在对材料选用及结构构造形式进行系统分析的基础上,提出了一种带偏转层的新型复合遮弹层.通过侵彻试验,证明了该遮弹层对来袭弹具有显著且可靠的偏航效能.基于Hertz接触理论,建立了弹体与偏转层弹塑性碰撞的接触力模型,并分析了接触体材料特性、命中速度及几何参数等因素对恢复系数、接触时间、接触力的影响,揭示了偏转层对弹体偏航的作用机理.

Abstract:To solve the problem effectively of penetration weapon that can not penetrate or has difficulty penetrating into bursting layer by means of proper measure in order to enhance the survival of protective structure has been the focus of the field of protective engineering. In light of the penetration mechanism of projectile and considering the practical engineering application, a new type of composite bursting layer with yaw-inducing layer on surface was developed based on the systemic analysis of material and structural selection. This bursting layer proved by testing to have excellent capacity of penetration resistance and can induce projectiles to yaw and deform obviously. Effects of the main factors including impact velocities of the projectiles, material performances and geometry parameters of the yaw-inducing spheres on the effectiveness of restitution coefficient, contact time or contact force were calculated and analyzed with the mechanics model which is developed based on the Hertz theories and can explain the yawing mechanism of the projectile essentially.
