坑道中冲击波冲量传播模型的试验

摘    要:合理确定装药堵口爆炸情况下坑道中冲击波冲量的传播规律,是防护门抗精确打击设计的前提.为此,在野外进行了9次模型坑道堵口爆炸试验.钢筋混凝土模型坑道截面积为0.67 m2,TNT炸药的装药量范围为400~800 g.用坑道侧墙上的压力传感器实测了冲击波波形,由实测数据拟合出了装药堵口爆炸情况下,冲击波正相冲量沿着等截面直坑道传播的工程经验模型.算例分析表明,所拟合的坑道内冲击波冲量工程经验模型具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:Determiriation of in-tunnel blast impulse data is the basis of the design for blast doors to resist the hit with precision guided munitions. Nine scale high-explosive tests were conducted for HE-detonations at the model tunnel entrance. The cross section of the reinforced concrete model tunnel is 0.67 m^2, explosive charges of TNT ranging in mass from 400 grams to 800 grams. Blast gages were flush-mounted in the wall of the model tunnel sections to record side-on blast pressure as it propagated down the tunnel. The measured in-tunnel blast waves were analyzed, and engineering empirical model for predicting in-tunnel blast impulse presented for HE-detonations at the entrance of a straight tunnel of constant cross-section. The numerical example shows that the engineering empirical model presented by this paper is reasonably accurate for in-tunnel impulse prediction.
