超高压压力发生器的研制

摘    要:在国防工程中管道和阀门具有承受超高压力的设计要求.为检验其抗压性能,研制了爆炸冲击波输出压力为20~30 MPa的超高压压力发生器.该发生器由高强材料锻压、焊接而成,其结构主要由主体、后盖、测压环3部分组成,并在设计上保证了输出端连接的通用性和爆炸压力的均匀性.通过对设备的性能试验和某工程产品抗压性能检测,证明了该压力发生器性能稳定,压力指标完全满足设计要求.

Abstract:In na tional defense eng ineering , the desig n o f piping and valv e must meet the requirement of enduring super high pressure. To test thei r pressure enduring perfo rmance, the super hig h pressure g enera to r, desig ned to produce blast w av e pressure up to 20-30 M Pa, w as int roduced. The g enerator i s made o f ma teria ls of high st reng th by mea ns o f forging and w elding . It includes th ree part s: main body , back cover and pressure-testing loo p, and it s structure is w ell desig ned to ensure the unifo rmi ty of blast pressure and conv enient output juncture. Ex periment and practical applica tions o f the generator prov e that i t possesses sta ble and ex cellent performance that ex ceeds the desig n targ et.
