高校后勤改革应坚持的八项原则

本文根据中央关于高校后勤社会化改革一系列方针政策及我院后勤社会化改革的实践,结合其他高等学校后勤社会化改革的经验,总结归纳出高校后勤社会化改革须遵循“三服务、两育人”,社会效益优先,公平竞争,因校制宜,市场扩张,积极融资,机构精简,资产明晰等原则。

According to the policies of the central government on college logistics reform, this article pro-, poses eight principles the reform should depend on through our college' s reform practice as well as others' It is to persist in the principles of "three services and two trainings ", place priority over social benefits, compete impartially, suit measures to school needs, extend market, make use of social funds for infras-tructure , simplify administrative procedures and hold a clear idea of assets relationships.
