企业核心竞争力的识别及综合模糊评价

摘    要:企业核心竞争力是企业取得持续竞争优势之根源,如何识别核心竞争力对企业培育、应用和更新核心竞争力具有重要的作用。从核心竞争力的本质层面上构建出识别企业核心竞争力的指标体系,应用模糊数学中综合判断方法,对企业核心竞争力进行整体的分析和综合评判,并运用“最大隶属度”原则,评价出企业核心竞争力的强弱。

Abstract:Core competence of enterprises is the essential source of power for enterprises to win long-term competition, how to discern enterprise's core competence and how to cultivate,apply and renew it is important. The index system of evaluating enterprise's core competence was made systematically in nature in this paper. Integrative judging methods in fuzzy mathematics were applied to unitarily analyze and generally estimate enterprise's core competence, what's more, the principle of "Max membership" was used also to appraise the functions of enterprise's core competence.
