泡沫钻井流体稳定井壁机理分析与评价技术探索

摘    要:采用泡沫流体钻进过程中,容易发生井壁失稳,但性能良好的泡沫流体对稳定井壁仍具有一定的积极作用。目前,针对泡沫钻井流体井壁稳定性的评价手段较为匮乏。通过对泡沫钻井流体的抑制性能和封堵性能进行实验评价,形成一套井壁稳定性评价方法,可以为评价泡沫钻井流体稳定井壁性能提供一定的技术参考。结果表明,所研究的泡沫钻井流体具有良好的抑制性和封堵性,化学抑制和物理封堵相结合,形成一定的稳定井壁性能。最后,对泡沫钻井流体稳定井壁机理进行阐述。

Abstract:During the drilling process of using foam fluid, it's easily to cause borehole wall instability. Even so, the foam drilling fluid with good performance has certain positive effect on the borehole wall stability. At present, there are few means of evaluation towards borehole wall stability of foam drilling fluid. A set of methods were formed on borehole wall stability evaluation through foam drilling fluid inhibition and sealing properties evaluation experiment. This method can provide some technical reference for the borehole wall stability evaluation of foam drilling fluid. Results showed that this foam drilling fluid has good inhibition and sealing properties. Formed certain borehole wall stability property by the combination of chemical inhibition and physical sealing. Finally, expounded the mechanism of foam drilling fluid borehole wall stability.
