| Abstract: | The paper introduces the application of ARP software to the management of the Strategic Priority Research Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The software has advantages in the collection of information related to the progresses of the project, hierarchical presentation of the information, and online monitoring. Thus, from the systems, the managers easily get detail progresses and financial information of the Strategic Priority Research Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The management of the Strategic Research Program is enhanced by applying ARP software system. The system would be further improved if the specific information of project achievements could be included. |
