基于波音787 的全球供应链战略模式研究

随着经济全球化的发展，社会分工日益细化，竞争目趋激化，诸多企业把自己的主要资源集中于擅长的主业，建立并不断提升自己的核心竞争力，从而实行全球供应链战略，把辅助业务实行外包。本文从波音787项目的全球供应链战略的实践出发，分析了波音采用全球供应链战略的原因与存在的风险，论述了波音针对风险采取的对策。

Study of Global Supply Chain Strategy Model Basing on the Boeing 787

With the economic globalization, competition becomes increasingly intensified and the social division of labor becomes further specification. Many companies put their main resources on the main business which they are good at, set up their core competitiveness and continuous upgrading. So tlaat they can implement global supply chain strategy, and practice business outsourcing. This article based on the practice of Boeing 787＇s global supply chain strategy, analyzed the reasons for enterprise adoption of global supply chain strategy. And it pointed out the existing risks and countermeasures of the global supply chain strategy.
