培育战略性新兴产业对于应对金融危机后经济发展方式转变和结构调整,提高我国经济竞争力具有极其重要的战略意义。通过对战略性新兴产业的性质、特点和形成规律进行深入的研究,我们发现新兴产业的不同阶段间战略焦点的转变包含从科学研究导向到技术应用导向、再到应用市场导向转变。本文将结合对液晶显示产业成长过程的案例分析,从时间维度演进的角度探寻相关的新兴产业发展阶段和演进成型的根本动力。

The Growth and Cultivation of Strategic Emerging Industries

The cultivation of strategic emerging industries is critical for the transition of economic development mode and adjustment of industrial structure of China in the post financial crisis era. Through examine the characteristics and regularities of strategic emerging industries, we find its growth including precursor phase, embryonic phase, nurture phase, growth phase, maturity phase and decline / renewal phase. The strategic focus transits from science orientation to technology orientation, then to the application/market orientation. We further analyze it though the case study of thin film transistor- Liquid crystaldis play industry, and explore the development phase and evolutionary dynamics of strategic emerging industries.
