摘    要:资源环境是一个国家赖以生存和发展最基本的要素,“人类世”让生存环境更加脆弱。国家先天资源禀赋决定了其自然屏护能力的高低。本文对国家自然屏护能力与国家免疫力的关系进行历史性考察,并对45个样本国家的国家自然屏护能力进行定量评估与分析,其中,6个国家属于自然屏护能力“较强国家”,13个国家属于自然屏护能力“一般国家”,19个国家属于“较差国家”,7个国家属于自然屏护能力“脆弱国家”。中国在45个国家中排第38位,属于“较差国家”之列,与“脆弱国家”相邻。因此,投资“自然资本”建设,增强国家自然屏护能力,是提升我国免疫能力的关键。

Abstract:Resources and environment are the most fundamental elements for the survival and development of a country. The Anthropocene makes the living environment much tender. The natural resource endowment of one country decides the level of its natural protection ability. This article is a historical study of the relationship between national natural protected capability and national immunocompetence. And 45 countries as samples have been quantitatively evaluated and analyzed on their national natural protected capability. Among 45 countries, 6 countries belong to the much stronger countries in the natural protected capability, 13 countries' capability not stronger or worse, 19 countries' capability worse, and 7 countries' capability the worst. China ranks the 38th among 45 countries, which belongs to the worse country and is next to the worst countries in the natural protected capability. So, investing in the construction of natural capital to enhance the national natural protected capability is the key to improve our national immunocompetence.
