宏观调控对我国中小微企业的冲击研究

2011年以来，为了对付日益严重的通货膨胀问题，我国政府在货币政蓑和财政政策方面采取了一系列措施进行调控.同一时期，欧债危机严重影响了全球经济复苏，我国的经济增长也逐步放缓、这严重地冲击了我国中小微企业的生存与发展，本文首先分析了宏观调控对中小微企业造成的影响，特别是对其融资方面的影响，阐述了宏观调控对中小微企业融资影响的传导机制并提出了应对冲击的对策建议．

Studies on the Impact Introduced by Macroeconomic Regulation and Control on (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)

In order to deal with the worsening inflation, China has taken a series of measures to regulate it on monetary policy and fiscal policy since 2011. And meanwhile, the European debt crisis had serious impact on the global economic recovery, and China＇s economic growth gradually slowed down. These phenomena have had tremendous shock on the survival and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises （MSME）. Based on the issues mentioned above, this paper first analyzes the effect of macroeconomic regulation and control on MSME, especially on their financing. Then it gives the transmission mechanism of the impact by macroeconomic regulation and control on MSME financing. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in this study.
