发展现代农业的认识与探索

在工业化、城镇化发展中同步推进农业现代化建设，既是党中央、国务院做出的重大决策，也是经济社会发展的必然选择。本文简略回顾了党和国家对发展现代农业的长期一贯部署，尝试提出了现代农业的概念，总结了发达国家形成的几种模式，分析了我国平原粮食主产区应借鉴选择的模式和实现途径，并对中科院在院党组部署下为推进农业现代化实施的两个典型实践案例进行了介绍。

Understanding of Developing Modern Agriculture and Introducing the Practice of Chinese Academy of Sciences

It was a major policy decision to proceed with modem agriculture development in the growing of industri- alization and urbanization simultaneously made by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and State Council, which is also the inevitable choice of the society with progressing of economic and social development. The article reviewed the consistent policy deployment which emphasized to establish modem agriculture by the Party Central Committee and State Council, attempted to put forward the concept of modem agriculture＇s meaning, summarized its modes shaped by the developed contrary, and analyzed the optional reference and choice of mode and realized approach to the major grain pro- ducing areas in China. Additionally, two successful cases of practice in exploring modem agriculture advance carried out by the Chinese Academy of Sciences were introduced.
