| Abstract: | Web reinforcement of frame joints is the main factor to ensure shear capacity of joints.Because the web reinforcement is missed or lessened due to some reasons,the antiseismic function of framed structure is weakened.The reasons of missing binding web reinforcement are analysed and measures of prevention and treatment are suggested in this paper. |
