| 摘 要： | 当前,未成年人犯罪问题已经成为社会关注程度较高的问题之一.未成人年犯罪呈现出低龄化、暴力化倾向及物质贪利性较强等特点.其犯罪的特点决定了未成年人犯罪原因的多样性和复杂性.应采取加强法制教育、多方联合努力等方式,切实抓好未成年人教育.
