金华佛手的介质栽培及生理指标分析

摘    要:对栽培金华佛手的7种介质、4种培养液组合,通过分析金华佛手的生长势、叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、光合作用强度、结实率和产量等生理指标,筛选出了适合栽培金华佛手的介质和培养液。

Abstract:Jinhua fingered citron were cultured in 28 treatments with 4 kinds of nutrient solutions and 7 kinds of mediums respectively. Some biological and physiological indexes of the fingered citron were determined,such as the germination data,the new branch length and diameter,chlorophyll and protein content of leaves,net photosynthetic rate,respiratory rate,bearing rate,yield of one tree. The results indicated that the biological and physiological indexes were increased with the medium culture,and the quality of miniature trees and rockery of fingered citron was improved.
