金属塑性成形过程的计算机模拟系统

摘    要:介绍一个通用的、适用于模拟二维(平面变形或轴对称变形)金属塑性成形过程的有限元计算机模拟系统S-FORGE,它基于热刚粘塑性有限元公式,该系统能够模拟模具形状任意的冷热成形的全过程,文中给出了用S-FORGE模拟的2个实例.

Abstract:In this paper, a general, 2-dimensional (plane strain or axisymmetric) computer simulation system, S-FORGE, has been developed, which is based on the thermo-rigidviscoplastic FEM formulation. The complete cold or hot metal forming process with arbitrary dies can be simulated by S-FORGE. Two examples were analyzed and the results were also presented in this paper.
