摘    要:通过试验对粘附于离心风机叶片压力面上的球状颗粒对风机耐磨性能的影响进行了可视化研究.结果表明,粘附于风机叶片压力面上的球状颗粒不仅可以有效地提高风机的耐磨性能,而且还可以通过改变球状颗粒在叶片压力面的分布来控制叶片的主要磨损部位,最后对含尘离心风机实行气动保护的机理作了分析讨论.

Abstract:in this paper, Visible investigations on the effect of balls attached to the bladepressure surface on the anti-erosion performance of centrifugal blowers were made experimentally. The results show that the anti-erosion performance of centrifugal blowersoperating under particulate flows can be improved efficiently with the balls on the blade surface, and the erosive region can also be controlled by changing the distribution pattern of theballs on the blade surface. The mechanism of aerodynamic anti-erosion technique was alsoanalyzed.
