汽车主动悬架与防抱制动系统分层集成控制研究

摘    要:在考虑汽车主动悬架系统(ASS)与防抱制动系统(ABS)之间相互影响的情况下,基于汽车7自由度整车模型,设计了一个分层集成控制系统.底层包括2个子系统的控制器:主动悬架控制子系统采用最优预见控制策略,防抱制动控制子系统采用逻辑门限值控制策略;上层控制器对2个子系统控制器进行协调控制,以改善汽车在制动情况下的整体性能.仿真实验结果表明,在分层集成控制情况下,汽车主动悬架性能和制动性能均有所改善,为解决因2个子系统间相互影响而使汽车性能变坏的问题提供了一种方法.

Abstract:The influence between the vehicle's active suspension system(ASS) and anti-lock braking system(ABS) is considered,and based on the complete vehicle model of seven degrees of freedom,a layered integrated control system is designed.Two subsystems' controllers are bottom controllers: the active suspension control subsystem uses the optimal preview control strategy and the anti-lock braking control subsystem uses the logical threshold control strategy.The upper controller adjusts two subsystems' controllers to improve the vehicle's complete performance during braking.The simulation experiment results show that under the layered integrated control,both the suspension performance and the braking performance of the vehicle have been improved.This is a method to solve the problem that the performance of the vehicle becomes bad because of the influence between the two subsystems.
