| Abstract: | Random Amplified polymorphic DNA pattern variation in 10 species of Tettigonoidea are studied with RAPD technique.The patterns show a large amount of polymorphic variations among different genera and species.and also the molecular phylogenetic tree are constructed and the phylogenetic relationship is studied by the UPGMA method. |
