| 摘 要： | 本文系统、扼要地论述了水体下安全采煤的技术途径,水体和建筑物下采煤的开采技术措施,岩溶水体上的安全开采方案,以及水患防治的安全措施。文中着重分析了在选定和实施有关技术途径、方案和措施时,应当重视研究、解决的一些技术关键。

| Abstract: | Analysis briefly but system atically the technical mechantsm and measures for safe mining under water bodies and constructions, plans for safe (?)ring above water bodies in solubilized rocks, and measures to prevent and deal with (?) disasters. The analysis stresses on the critical techniqes to be studied and problems ,(?) solved in determining and applying the safe mining plans, approaches and measures. |
