叶用莴苣组织培养研究

摘    要:以叶用莴苣(LactucasativaL)栽培品种的幼嫩叶片为实验材料,对叶用莴苣的组织培养进行了研究,探讨愈伤组织的形成、愈伤组织分化成芽和生根的条件.结果如下6BA和NAA的浓度影响叶用莴苣愈伤组织的形成、分化和生根培养,诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6BA(0.5mg/L)+NAA(0.1mg/L),最适分化培养基为MS+6BA(0.5mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L),最适生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA(0.1mg/L).

Abstract:The infancy leaf of lettuce was taken as explants and cultured on MS medium composed of different concentration of 6-BA and NAA. The induction and differentiation of callus, buds and shoots were disscused. The result showed that the concentration of 6-BA and NAA effected the formation and differentiation of callus of lettuce leaf,the most suitable culture medium to the formation of callus was MS+6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(0.1 mg/L), the most suitable culture medium to the differentiation of bud was 6-BA(0.5 mg/L)+NAA(1.0 mg/L), and the most suitable culture medium to growth of shoots was 1/2MS+NAA(0.1 mg/L).
